"What's growing" points to the folders that got bigger, right at the folder responsible.
Find old files you forgot about
Old installers, holiday videos, a phone backup you haven't opened in years.
The "Big & old files" page sorts your files by size, by age, or by when you last opened them.

You cannot break Windows with it
Folders that belong to Windows are locked inside the app: the button is off, not merely a warning.
System cleanups use Windows' own tools such as DISM, powercfg and vssadmin.
